Rongomai (Ron) Hokianga - Founding Director
Ron is a retired director and a highly skilled Risk and Audit Analyst, overseeing our financial team to assess financial data, evaluate internal controls, and conduct audits to identify potential risks. His expertise ensures regulatory compliance, maintains financial integrity, and supports the development of strong risk management strategies.
Bronwyn Wilson-Hokianga - Managing Director
Bronwyn’s expertise extends across seven countries, bringing a global perspective to her work.
Bronwyn Hokianga is a strategic leader in governance, project management, and investment advisory, with a focus on intergenerational wealth creation for Indigenous communities. She develops innovative, solution-oriented strategies that integrate financial management, economic development, and education—ensuring meaningful, culturally aligned, and globally relevant outcomes.
Oh, and she also made history as the first Māori Olympian!
Pete Jarratt - Director
From developing award-winning training material, coaching and strategic education for success, clients include multinational companies such as ThermoFischer PLC, government agencies including the NHS, regional development agencies, skills councils, county councils and universities. Key assignments include innovation projects for NHS UK, coordinating a groundbreaking NZ technology project, developing a multi-million dollar brand into China, scaling an education platform into 52 countries, keynote speaker on engaging people in UK, US & NZ, designing national environmental education projects and designing national leadership and business development programmes.
